Another winter in Korea is on the way. If skiing or snowboarding is already part of your weekends — or something you would like to enjoy more often — the 2026/27 X6+ season pass is one option to consider. It covers six participating ski resorts with one pass.
Last winter, I bought an X5+ pass after the season had started and went snowboarding with my child. This year, I am looking earlier. The first question is simple: when can we go again?

Six resorts, one winter to plan
The pass includes the following resorts. The Korean names may help when you compare plans with your partner or search for directions.
- MONA YongPyong · 모나용평
- High1 Resort · 하이원리조트
- Jisan Forest Resort · 지산리조트
- Welli Hilli Park · 웰리힐리파크
- Elysian Gangchon · 엘리시안강촌
- Alpensia · 알펜시아
Alpensia is the addition to last season’s X5+ lineup. The pass runs from the first participating resort’s opening to the last participating resort’s closing. Each resort still has its own operating dates, hours and open slopes. NOL’s official announcement (Korean).
Start with the resort you can visit often
Six choices are useful, but you do not need to visit all six. A resort that fits your weekend routine may matter more than a long list of places.
Think about travel time, days off and who you want to ride with. You might go alone, with friends, with your partner or with your child. Choose around the days you can realistically enjoy.
If you expect to return regularly, compare X6+ with a season pass for your usual resort. If you only expect a few visits, compare date-specific lift tickets first. Plan separately for equipment, lessons, transport, accommodation and meals. Priority-entry products such as Q-PASS are not included.
Current prices and the child-pass benefit
The first sales round runs until 27 September 2026. The NOL prices checked on 15 September are:
| Pass | Listed price |
|---|---|
| Adult | KRW 561,666 |
| Youth | KRW 375,066 |
The adult category covers birth dates through 31 December 2007. The youth category covers 1 January 2008–31 December 2023. These listed pass prices include delivery. Source: NOL product details (Korean).
If you have a child, one adult pass can provide a child pass for one legal child of the registered adult user, within that same 2008–2023 birth-date range. There is a separate KRW 50,000 issuance fee. Age and family-relationship documents are required; child registration follows approval of the parent’s registration.
Payment offers can change. Check the final checkout amount rather than adding every advertised discount together. If you already use a NOL credit card, check its monthly points cap and exclusions; a headline points rate does not apply without limits.
A few details before you pay
Purchase is followed by identity verification and registration of the actual user. For delivery, registration must be reviewed and approved by 11 October 2026, 11:59 p.m. Korea time. Later registration is handled through on-site collection. If your ID or family documents differ from those listed, confirm acceptance with Playstory before paying.
Also check the cancellation terms. Deductions can apply after the pass is issued or the season opens. For an issued pass after opening, the usage deduction is based on days elapsed since the first resort opened, not simply the number of days you visited. The sales page explains registration and refunds.
More days together
For me, the best part of a season pass is having another day on the snow to look forward to. This short film follows that feeling — a father, a daughter and another winter ahead.
Start with the days you want to spend on the slopes. Then choose the pass that fits those plans.
